TurkeyInClinics.com is a directory platform focused on health tourism. Healthcare institutions, doctors, and clinics are listed on the platform via paid membership. The purchased service includes promotional visibility, advertisement placement, and content management for a specified period.
3. SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Under the selected membership package, the CUSTOMER is entitled to be listed on the platform for a specified duration.
Payment is made online via credit card, debit card, or virtual POS systems.
Service fees are clearly stated and include applicable taxes.
The service is activated once the full payment is confirmed.
4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
This is a digital service, not a physical product.
The service begins within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation.
The scope of the service includes content uploads, visual adjustments, category listings, map integration, and WhatsApp contact linking.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND TERMS
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw within 15 days from the date of purchase.
If service performance has begun before the withdrawal period ends, deductions will be made for the days used and the value of the work completed.
No refunds will be issued after the 15-day withdrawal period expires.

If content has already been uploaded, links shared, or SEO settings configured,
If the service is an instant digital service as defined in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation,
the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The CUSTOMER may submit their requests and complaints to the SELLER via the contact information provided above.
In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the CUSTOMER’s place of residence or where the service was purchased shall have jurisdiction.
8. APPROVAL
This Preliminary Information Form has been read, understood, and accepted by the CUSTOMER prior to the purchase of the service on TurkeyInClinics.com.
