DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION AND ADVERTISING SERVICES SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber” or “User”.)

The User acknowledges and declares that they accept all terms and conditions of this agreement by selecting the “I Agree” checkbox.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the sale and use of the following digital services provided via the website Turkeyinclinics.com:

Subscription packages (doctor/clinic profile pages, inclusion in search listings, SEO-supported visibility, etc.),
Advertising services (banner placements, sponsored content, featured listings, etc.)

and sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with these services provided electronically.

3. NATURE AND SCOPE OF SERVICE

3.1. The services offered via Turkeyinclinics.com are digital content services and are provided over the internet.
3.2. The scope, duration, and pricing of subscription packages and advertising services are clearly specified on the website.
3.3. The user must create an account to access the service and, in the case of paid packages, must complete payment via the payment interface.
3.4. The service is activated once the payment is successfully confirmed.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The current prices of the services are stated on the Turkeyinclinics.com platform.
4.2. The Subscriber agrees to pay the service fee in advance via credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods.
4.3. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
4.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, no additional fee may be demanded for services that have already been purchased.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND CONDITIONS

5.1. The Subscriber has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without any justification or penalty.
5.2. The withdrawal period begins from the date of purchase and confirmation of the service.
5.3. The right of withdrawal is not applicable for fully rendered digital services (e.g., creation of a promotional profile, initiation of advertisement publishing, etc.).
5.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Subscriber must send a written notice to turkeyinclinics@gmail.com.
5.5. If the service has been partially fulfilled, only the portion not yet rendered will be refunded.
5.6. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request is received, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. TERMS OF USE AND OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The Subscriber may only use the digital services obtained via the site for commercial promotional purposes and may not transfer them to third parties.
6.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend content publication or terminate the membership in case of unlawful or inappropriate content.
6.3. The Subscriber is solely responsible for the legality of all information, documents, and images uploaded to the system.
6.4. Temporary interruptions in service may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or updates. In such cases, additional time or compensation may be provided.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

7.1. Turkeyinclinics.com processes the Subscriber’s personal data solely within the scope of this agreement, in compliance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and does not share it with third parties without explicit consent.
7.2. The Subscriber consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of providing the service.

8. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

8.1. Either party may unilaterally terminate this agreement. However, fees for services already provided are non-refundable.
8.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases such as abuse, unlawful content, or misleading information.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts located in the Subscriber’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the monetary limits published by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

10. ENFORCEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

10.1. This agreement shall enter into force once electronically approved by the Subscriber.
10.2. By selecting the “I Agree” checkbox, the Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
10.3. This agreement is archived in digital format and may be sent to the Subscriber via email upon request.
