1. Parties to the Agreement

This Return and Withdrawal Agreement is issued as a supplement to the electronically approved service agreement between Alpoğlu Danışmanlık, headquartered at Orhan Mah. Zülfü Tigrel Cad. No: 23, Apt No: 412 – Çankaya / Ankara (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and the real or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “CUSTOMER”) who purchases advertisement, promotional, or listing services through the website www.turkeyinclinics.com.


2. Description of Service

The Company provides promotional, advertising, and directory listing services for healthcare providers, doctors, clinics, and hospitals on the TurkeyInClinics.com platform. Under this service, the CUSTOMER obtains the right to promote themselves by purchasing a time-limited subscription package.


3. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Conditions

3.1. In accordance with Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services that are instantly performed and delivered electronically. However, TurkeyInClinics.com may, as part of its customer satisfaction policy, accept refund requests under limited conditions.

3.2. The CUSTOMER may request a refund in writing within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of purchase.

3.3. No refunds will be issued after the 15-day period under any circumstance. The responsibility of tracking this period lies entirely with the CUSTOMER.


4. Restrictions and Deductions

4.1. If, after purchase, any of the following services have been executed — such as publishing content under the CUSTOMER’s name, visual/title/SEO arrangements, listing creation, or technical operations on the platform — a 40% service fee deduction will be applied from the total refund amount.

4.2. If a refund request is made during the active publication period, an additional deduction will be made proportionally based on the number of days the service was displayed.

4.3. Delays resulting from the CUSTOMER providing incorrect or incomplete information, failing to supply necessary materials, delaying content approval, or otherwise interrupting the service process shall be considered partial or full fulfillment of the service, and refund requests based on these grounds will not be accepted.


5. Refund Procedure

5.1. The refund request must be submitted in writing via email to turkeyinclinics@gmail.com. The request must include the CUSTOMER’s name, invoice number, purchase date, and the reason for the refund.

5.2. The Company will review the refund request and reach a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed and transferred to the CUSTOMER’s bank account within an additional 10 business days.


6. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side) shall have jurisdiction.


7. Enforcement

The CUSTOMER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Return Agreement via electronic confirmation prior to purchasing the service.
